1. Order Management Between Us and the Customer

Once you place an order for a specific product through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that receiving this email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; rather, it represents your offer to purchase our products.

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We will confirm our acceptance by sending you an email, making a phone call, or sending a WhatsApp message confirming that your order has been accepted, the product has been approved, and the order is being prepared for delivery.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill or deliver your order, we will notify you by email, phone call, or WhatsApp message. If any payment has already been collected from you, the amount will be refunded immediately using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We will only be responsible for fulfilling the order submitted by you as specified in the order details. We are not obligated to provide any additional products or services that were not included in your order through our website.

2. Vouchers, Discount Cards & Gift Cards

We may offer promotional campaigns from time to time as part of our marketing activities, including vouchers, discount cards, promotional codes, and other special offers.

3. Products & Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed through our website, please note that there may be slight variations in the colors, shades, or appearance of flowers, balloons, or other products compared with the images displayed on our website or social media platforms.

Such variations are considered normal due to the nature and availability of the products and do not constitute grounds for returning or exchanging the purchased products.

Your order will be delivered within the delivery time specified in your order confirmation.

4. Risk & Ownership

The products become the customer's responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address specified in the order and confirmed by us.

Ownership of the products will transfer to the customer once we have received full payment of all amounts due, including the product price and applicable delivery fees.

By signing for or accepting the delivery, the customer acknowledges receipt of the order.

5. Pricing & Payment

The prices of our products and applicable delivery fees are displayed on our website, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location or area.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online payments through payment links shared via WhatsApp.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the flowers you ordered, if the products are damaged during preparation or delivery, or if your order was not delivered at all, we guarantee a full refund of the total amount paid in advance, subject to verification and approval by our team.

In such cases, the customer may be entitled to an appropriate compensation or replacement, provided that it can be reasonably established that the products for which payment was collected were not provided in the agreed condition or as they should have been.

Any refund or replacement shall be subject to our verification and approval procedures.

7. Our Duties & Responsibilities

Our primary responsibility is to protect our customers' rights, continuously improve the quality of our products and services, and provide the best possible customer experience.

In accordance with our return and refund policy, if we fail to fulfill the applicable Terms & Conditions, we will be responsible for refunding the amount actually paid by the customer or, where applicable and subject to our approval, replacing the affected product with a new one.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders that have been submitted and paid for are eligible for a full refund only if a cancellation request is submitted to us within 30 minutes of completing the order.

Cancellation requests may be submitted by email, phone call, or WhatsApp message.

Any exception to this policy shall be subject to the prior approval of Tager El Saada and may be governed by separately agreed terms.

We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations under a contract where such failure or delay results from an event beyond our reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event").

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation:

• Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions.
• Civil unrest, riots, invasion, terrorist attacks, or threats of terrorist attacks.
• War, whether declared or not, or threats or preparations for war.
• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters.
• The inability to use railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other public or private means of transportation.
• The inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
• Laws, decrees, legislation, regulations, restrictions, or actions imposed by any governmental authority.

Our obligations under any affected contract will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and the applicable time for performance will be extended accordingly.

We will use reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find an alternative solution that enables us to perform our contractual obligations despite the event.

11. Our Right to Amend These Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, technology, payment methods, applicable laws and regulatory requirements, or the capabilities of our systems.

Your order will be governed by the Terms & Conditions, policies, and provisions in effect at the time you place your order, unless we are required by law or by a governmental authority to apply a change to an order that was placed previously.

Any amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be published on our website and will become effective as specified in the updated terms.
